Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid engagements arranged through merdekallm.com with Agmo Group, such as LLM Training as a Service engagements.

Commercial services

Refunds for LLM Training as a Service or other paid engagements are governed by the specific commercial agreement signed for that engagement. Where no separate agreement specifies otherwise, refund requests are assessed case-by-case, based on work already performed.

Gig Economy payouts

Curator and contributor payouts are made for completed, approved work and are not refundable once paid.
